Leafs signed Alexander Khavanov

That's a decent pickup, even though he's not a household name.

Wonder if the Leafs are gonna sign Eric "One-more-concussion-and-I'm-an-eggplant" Lindros.

Bleuachdu 08-10-2005 02:21 PM

Isn't Lindros restricted with NY?

[quote:29005] Kasparaitis' solid hit on Eric Lindros gave No. 88 the first in a long line of concussions. While Lindros was being carried off by teammates, Kasparaitis could be seen laughing and exchanging high fives on the bench. How can you not like that? Taking pleasure in vanquishing a worthy foe.[/quote:29005]

Soo glad Lindors didn't end up in Calgary. There were a lot of rumors going around that the Flames were persuing him. Praise the Hockey Gods.

Zoner 08-12-2005 12:27 PM

Flames re-signed Kiprusoff...3 year/$10 million US.

Wonder if he can have the same type of season he had 2 years ago.
