It does. . .it even seperates the same items (like lockpicks) that are stolen from those that are not. So youll have two entries of lockpicks.

Also - youre probably getting arrested because you were CAUGHT stealing something. Just because you have stolen goods on you - doesnt mean youll get arrested for that - youll have to have done something to get to that point. . .

Same here: I started a new character, but I'm taking a break from the whole running around thing. ;-)

A good mod to try for just screwing around is Toaster Says Share, if you have 80 disposition with any NPC you can use a recruit spell to have them follow you around, a share spell so you can just shamlessly strip them of gold, items, armor, weapons, and a follow/wait spell. I think the most I got to follow me was 10 imperial guards.

It's fun watching them all disperse and just slaughter everything in the dungeons and in oblivion.

there's this tweak for oblivion...i did it and i noticed it was a little faster with my 6600 gt, but some lower video cards noticed more drastic changes...its only for nvidia vid cards tho...
