I have about 6 weeks before hunting opens down here, but I'm fired up all the same. I hunt mostly duck, but deer also. Nothing quite like the smell of gunpowder in the morning, unless its maybe the smell of diesel exhaust over the water in the morning.

To all the antis: WTF! where do oyu think the meat in the supermarket comes from? It aint tofu!!! If you hunt and eat it its fine with me I prefer to bow hunt though although I do hunt with a gun sometimes. (a Ruger .44 mag handgun) I know all of you in the commie countries cant own guns let alone handguns but we can!!!!! Antis are P's.O.S. in my opinion. Strikor, its a Ruger Redhawk 6 shot double action. I purchased it20 years ago when I was going to school to be a cop. (never finished they dont get paid enough) The recoil isnt bad at all and its VERY accurate! No scope just iron sights (my prefrence) but at 75 yards it will rock your world!

Peta is one of the biggest groups of misdirected idiots around. They havent truly thought out their stance, offer no realistic alternatives, use questionable tactics and support terrorist organizations (ALF, ELF, etc.) both verbally and financially.

The best thing about peta is that they are their own worst enemy.

PETA may be bad but greenpeace makes an effort to physically get in everyone's way, like when they boarded that oil tanker, i would have shot so many of them if i was on board. hey there's a good profession for strik0r, kill activists!
