if your trying to access the console of the server, then techinicaly yes, you dont use rcon, just the commands.

You can use autokick localy ie: localhost or 127.0.0.1 like Punk_bitch said.

been usin and playin on same machine for a while allthough i only use it for kickin pingers -kickin cheats and noobs is faster for me just type ((status)) and ((clientkick)) and kick em by number its fast-)in console)-if they comback and are bein a real pain --than i kick n bann them-- i dont mind lettin a jerk get back in the game about to shoot someone than--booot lmao--do it about 3 times belive me they wont come back hehehe
