by that I mean Germany's government, who were mostly nazis.

I know very well that Germany's people were not all nazis, my family knew a guy who was drafted into the Kriegmarine and ended up sitting out the war in a UK POW camp.

but I've heard on the news last year or so about how some neo-nazis thried to march in Berlin and the police broke them up
