The reason it has splash damage is because it was impossible to hit anything without it.

I'd up the realism in this game. Make it one shot per kill... if you ask me, S9RM is the best thing out there for BF1942, and it's not even a TC.

The Stinger missile also dosen't kill infantry when you hit them head on. How do you shoot that thing? I know its proximity, so do you have to tap the mouse again for it to do damage?

It detonates when it comes into a certain proximity of anything. You need to lead a plane/helicopter just a little, and the explosion will take care of the rest.

damn now i cant show off my great rocket whoring abilities. i was so good at shooting down choppers with the RPG. people used to complain i was cheating because i was so good at it biggrin:. oh well guess those days are over. cry:
