Now this situation in NK isn't quite the same, but why should anyone give the government food to feed their people if their the ones starving them in the first place. If Bush wants a real challenge he should take out Kim Jong Il.

This sort of thing isn't new either. NK isn't going to let foreigners in its country or UN personelle or IAEA personelle look at its sites, so no one is going to help them out.

what can the UN do though?

give the more food aid? no because King George the Bush will throw a fit at them helping the "axis of evil"

allow the US to invade NK?
the last thing we need is another Korean war, after reading what the Japs, Chinese/Koreans, and VC did in their respective wars I sure as hell won't go to fight no fucking asians unless the US is in direct danger.

no a couple years ago in the tabloids i saw while in the store, it said "China plans to dig through earth to invade the US!" and showed a really crappy PS'd pic with this earth digging machine and some Chinese Generals

Kim Jong Ill holds N.Korea with an Iron Fist. His regime is fucking terrible, worst than Saddams. Once I read this article where a witness said a politician there was accused for stealing SALT. The government found out and they tied him to a car and drove over 20 miles per hour. He was skinned alive. hake:
It still dosent mean N.Korea is a weak country. ALthough the population starve the high officials live like Kings and their army is twice the size of the S.Korean Army and US troops based in the peninsula. Even worse they now admitted to producing nuclear weapons.

dunno, they have done a lot of humanitaria stuff in the past but most of it got fucked up and turned into a shooting war (ie. Somalia)
