Well from a Colonial Commonwealth Nation standpoint, I've always had a large sense of pride in the idea of the Monarchy....The whole 'For King and Country' thing was a strong driving force for Patriotism during the world wars, and I personally believe that as long as there are still Veterans of the two world wars, the monarchy should remain as respect to what those vets stood for.

However, what the Fuck is with this kind of 500,000 pound shite. Nobody should be taking advantage of Tax payers dollars like that, it's Fucking disgusting.

I think I lost all respect for the Royals themselves after the Queen Mother died.....She was the only decent one left.
