the new album has got a video on the new game. it looks a bit like twisted metal, but better graphics.
the songs on the new album are the worst ive ever heard of theirs. theyre all like nu metal, 1 constant palm muted riff thru the whole song. james and kirk are 2 of the best guitarists alive today, and the guitar on this album doesnt sound any better than slipknot. before i got bored and turned it off halfway thru, i didnt hear a single guitar solo. before this, i hadnt heard a single song of theirs without a solo. st anger is the first single off it, and all it is is a chorus and verse looping over and over for 7 minutes with a bass riff in the middle, like them songs you get off kazaa. thats why ive put iron maiden back on

i have to agree. i cant believe not one solo. which is so lame. there are some cool rifs but they all sound kind of the same. but it is better than the load albums imo. but still a let down. sounds like they want to be korn or goddmack now.


i think when cliff died they lost it. and a lot of their old songs had the mustaine influance. now they just jump on what ever is popular band wagon.
