Im using PSP but only the trial version. How do u make those blurs, I know my blurring sucked but the only thing I found close to a blur was the scratch tool.

It sucks more than anything that could ever suck.

"bluring" that shit wont make it look better. here's what you do.... go to a tutorial site and start doing some of them, then put a couple tutorials into a sig and it should look better than your first or second
