i came across it as a joke when i was standing infront oof him heiling hitler

If i may actually get back to the topic. I would say this was a pretty frivolous arrest, except there is pretty overwhelming evidence to support that this isn't entirely innocent (ie: The Hitler shirt, and naming the dog 'Adolf' :P). So, yes, anyways, To my knowledge the Germans don't take too kindly to Nazi's nowadays, so he's probably going to cop it.
