use this to upload the pic, then take the url the image is uploaded to, for example, my sig link is

http://www.daplayazclub.com/uploads/DJHUissupercool.jpg

click the img button under the "subject" field paste the link and click img again

it should look like this (w/o the spaces)
[img]http://www.daplayazclub.com/uploads/DJHUissupercool.jpg[/img]

if you did it correctly it will look like this:
[img]http://www.daplayazclub.com/uploads/DJHUissupercool.jpg[/img]
