As long as you are tried as a minor, not too much can happen. Make sure you play up how scared his constant smack talk made you and you figured you had to make the first move or get pummeled yourself. Otherwise the unprovoked, premeditated part looks bad.

Any way you look at it, he won. He pushed you to the point of physical confrontation, and because he didn't fight back you are the one who has to suffer afterward. Now you get suspended, you will probably go to court and have to pay your with savings all because you couldn't use your head. Remember, there are always ways of beating people without having to resort to physical contact. I realize you are a high school kid and everything, but don't kid yourself into thinking you came out on top. Now you really have to worry about getting your ass whooped and he obviously is going to focus more on bullying you because you started a fight with him.

Dude, I doubt you would even go to court. School fights never go that far. The only thing I would worry about if I were you would be this guy trying to get even. From now on, dont fight unless someone physically threatens you. Instead of kicking his ass the way you did, you should have brought him to a physical confrontation so that way you dont have to explain that you fought him because he called you names.

Dont fight off school property becauses he could have friends, bring a weapon, and then you are exposed to the law. Keep it at school. If he says that again, drop your backpack and say "fuck that, lets settle it here." Make sure you talk to school officials about this so they know you arent a punk who just likes to fight, that way you wont get expelled.

You'll get expelled whether you tell school officials or not, especially if you know that this is going to happen. They will just say, "Son..you shouldn'

Here is the easy way to get out of the court appearance.

Call up the parents and let them know you have logs of the IM conversations of him constantly degrading you. If you know anyone to whom he talked shit about you, get their logs too. Tell his parents they're welcome to press charges, but if they do you're going to sue them for the mental anguish and emotional scarring caused to you by their son's endless mockery and taunts and seek the maximum damages allowed by the court in such a case.

They know they'll lose the suit, so they'll back off. I did something similar after a kid tried to rape my little sister and I beat him into unconsciousness. His parents threatened to have me arrested (After I kicked the shit out of him, I waited in his house with my foot on his throat for his parents to get home). I just told them that my parents would press criminal charges against their son for attempted sexual assault on a minor and then seek a civil suit against them (you can't file a lawsuit against a minor and be successful in most cases) for being negligent in regards to their son's behaviour.

Anyway, it works.

Yea my Highschool has a so called "No hit zone" which is basically every inch of school property, so kids take it into there own hands and cross the street after school to a bussiness park and have the fight there haha. And the school security people jus sit and laugh.

No one ever tries to fight me, the fact that when they see you in the weight and benching 2x their amount, that kinda scares them off.
