Depends on the make of the psu. Good 350s should push a full system based on what some of the independent reviews said about power consumption.

But I agree with cmelton, nvidia has been acting way too shifty lately. What else are they hiding?

Yeah thats what i was thinking, 350 watt may be ok for a standard system with 1 cd drive 1 hard drive and a floppy, but anything more than that and you're gonna need more wattage flowing through the pc.
