If signature size rules get abused, I can easily take image sigs away altogether and smoke this section of the forum like a cohiba.

The way I see it width is not a factor as there is plenty of space horizontally to put something there. The rule seems to be set however to keep people from having to scroll throught a load of crap in peoples sig areas. Yours takes up more vertical space than mine.. If you dont believe me look at this..

and yea I se i didnt crop it perfectly on yours but like I said I dont think horizontal width is a big deal unless its way out there

MAXIMUM HEIGHT: 150 pixels
MAXIMUM FILESIZE: 100KB

Text is limited to 250 characters, I believe (I usually don't enforce much with regard to text unless it's extremely fucked).

All three criteria must be met with regards to image signature size. Not one or two, all three. End of story.

Oh, i belive you. But thats not the point here.
The text is something that is controlled by the forum aswell, in ways of maximum characters.
What im saying is that your total "graphical" area is around 2500 pixels bigger than mine, and text has never been an issue to anyone before you came along.
