So what you're saying is that you'd rather have 4 runawayfromsomesortoffreakshow that shout some words about death and that they are the best and undefeatable, rather than 9? Ok, fair enough. I like Sepultura and (to a lesser extent) Soulfly too. Don't be so narrowminded.

Dude, metal is metal. Slipknot are heavy as fuck live...end of story.

Jakke 08-20-2004 12:57 PM

amen, just dont like Slipknot

Gonzo 08-20-2004 01:02 PM

slipknot bad, hatebreed good

Zoner 08-20-2004 01:06 PM

I was really surprised with Hatebreed. I had no intention of liking them at all, but ended up liking their stuff a lot.

Might hafta pick up their new CD.

Even though i'm not a big Slipknot fan i am always game for a rocking concert, no matter who is playing. You could have Christina Aguleria on stage with a bad ass guitarist in drop A tuning and double bass cranking and i'll will still be kicking in skulls. Concerts > life

Innoxx 08-20-2004 04:19 PM

Ah, good old Slipknot. Reminds me what it's like to be 15 all over again. I'd viddy them if they ever come in town though. Shame, all we get up here is fucking Nickleback.

fujimi7su 08-20-2004 04:23 PM

i saw slipknot live a few years back, passed up a slayer/slipknot concert earlier this year... for no reason

Being from iowa slipknot concerts are unavoidable, their concerts are very nice.... especially on home turf.... Their new album "Vol 3: the subliminal verses" is fairly nice

Hatebreed ive heard puts on a nice show, but theyre just so gay all their fands around here are worse than the slipknot fans... horrible poser goths sleeping: .....

and BTW frenchy IM MISSING A NICKLEBACK CONERT w/ special guest Puddle of Mudd!!!!!... damn fair happy:

Jotun 08-20-2004 05:24 PM

i LOVE live music, concerts kick fookin' ass.

Best performances I've seen are Dream Theater, Joe Satriani, and Metallica. Im just dying to see Steve Vai or Iron Maiden in concert. dance: dance:
