They didn't show the storm troopers in the trailer. They showed the clone troopers from Episode 2, which will be in episode 3 but they will look a little bit more like storm troopers from the older films.

Basically the clone troopers eventually become the storm troopers, but I'm assuming not all storm troopers are clones (hence the height differences and different voices)
