My teeth are white. I brush 2 times day, and have a little thing of listerine i keep in my backpack for skewl

I'll probably be trying a kit out once I get my braces taken off.

I've tried those crest white strips, did 'em for two weeks and got a noticable difference, brushing does nothing but clean your teeth. white strips cost me $40 for the 2 week one, and there is also a one week one which is $50. you can always buy 2 boxes of 2 weeks ones and set u back $80 but you will see a noticable difference.

I fucking hated them on my teeth, they feel so gross for 30 mins.

meh, didnt bother me. it's just peroxide on the little strips. the ones you put on your bottom teeth are a pain in the ass to keep them on.

brushing will brush OFF the plaque thus not resulting in yellow(er) teeth, your teeth will not get any whiter. but not any yellower either.
