So how did they get past the border with explosives? I mean they find out they have it AFTER they are in the country?

...I never understand why they give these "terrorists" an early warning by running these articles. They'll just move to another town or change their plan.

If they even exist.

Edit: I guess it could relate to warning regular citizens about their idenity so theyll call the popo if they spot them. Why do I even care? lol
