ate some bread before hand. so the bread absords the alcohol. Have plenty of water afterwards. and if I feel Like throwing up and it wont come out, then I just shove my finger down my throat and make myself throw up. I feel much better afterwards.

another way that werks with me is just stay awake until your sober, then sleep then fine.

I've actually heard that the next morning just have another beer. It may seem like the last thing in the world you want to drink but appairently it works.

Best way is to make yourself puke up, all that alcohol is still in your system & you need to get out out by puking up & also drink lots of water.
