In the winter nothing sucks worse than cold shoiwers when its dark in the mornings. I have then at night when the house is still warm. But in spring/summer I have them during the morning when the sunlight is shining in and its warm.

i normally have 2, 1 in the morning to freshen/wake myself fully then one after work/lectures at night.
