worst that will happen is if a bouncer takes it. I have had a couple scratched ID's taken etc. aka strip joints, clubs.

They have an age limit for a reason. Just be patient and wait. Underage drinkers/clubbers are just pathetic, you could spot them from a mile away "OMG IM SO DRUNENJK OMG IM SO COOL."

I like how germany does it: Its legal to drink before driving. If you think about it, you can figure out your alcohol tolerance and shizz before you get the keys to the car, whereas in america you can drive first, you go out and get pissed on ur 21st birthday, and you die in a car accident.
