i will buy from b&n or starbucks if im near one tho ... i think you can get a medium cup for like a buck 80 or so. |
Its those iced drinks that cost out the ass.
Also, i would say i have 16oz cup ... never took the time see what it was. |
I hate all the fags you see at Starbucks, sporting their silver Apple laptops, and a mug proportianally fixed within the reach of their hand, and their thick black framed rectangular glasses, and their faggy mimi Passat's waiting for them outside, plastered with stickers they dont do a thing about, like "Free Tibet!" and "Bush Lie. People Die!" and...
I hate coffee. It tastes disgusting, and even worse when half of the cup is creamified sugar and malt syrup. |

I hate kids that complain all day on internet froums. |
Talk to Pyro. Starbucks is just one of the few things I hate.

I stop at either Dunkin Donuts or Tim Hortons for coffee every morning. I get a large with cream + sugar. I think its either 16 or 24oz. For whatever reason, I can't eat anything in the morning. If I have breakfast it absolutely fucks my stomach for the rest of the day. So I always have my coffee.
|
I find whenever i eat breakfast i can't get the taste out of my mouth the entire day, and after a while it starts to taste like shit. I usually can';t eat for like an hour after i wake up.

All I see when I walk around campus is a 15 minute line up for a cup of $5 coffee. |
Coffee has become a fashion statement.

Of course people have been drinking it for years, but in the business world, in order for you to appear smart, you must be walking to downtown holding a briefcase, and ALWAYS a STarbucks cup of coffee in the other hand. I live in Denver, so it could be a little more popular around here...
...plus, at school (which just ended today) you always see kids standing around with their coffee's. Why not sodas? Or juices? Or even water? No, no, its gotta be coffee. Its the fashion of food. It shows how literrate (SP?) you are, and that you are proud of being smart. And you have money. |

Of course the little twats are going to be trendy about one thing (in this case...drinking coffee). Judas is right, it's not really a new thing to do. It's just that your little friends thought drinking coffee should be the trend after pokemon cards. |
Id say Poker is the new pokemon right now.
