he obviously didnt see the video of the insurgents laughing at the burned corpses of the people in that helicopter crash lately, among the victims were not soldiers. then they tell one guy to stand up and start running away, then open fire on him after he takes like 10 steps

And yeah, in order to be over there, you have to be sort of brainwashed amd desensitized.

If I were going over there, I would learn to hate the people I was fighting. And I'm sure I would quickly once I got there since a lot of people are dying. If you're not cheering in a firefight when the other guy gets blown up, your going to get killed. Because you don't think you should be there. If you feel sorry for the guy getting blown up, you shouldn't be there.

do they teach you the desentiziation in basic training?

No, not really. Not in Canada anyway, maybe in the states.

They probably would during work up training before going overseas. I'm sure that if Canada were in Iraq, the 5 or 6 months of training before hand they would make you hate Insurgents and make you desensitized.

I was just saying they like seeing people die, regardless of innocence or not...in general.

It is like saying if someone laughs at your soldiers death...you should laugh at all the kills you make...regardless of who it is...but hey two wrongs only make a right if you're from the west anyways.
