lol when I first read the title of this thread I was thinking like a new race as in hispanic/asain/ect.

Yes, but somehow you have to ship all those materials to the moon. Unless you plan on building a moon base out of dust compacted into bricks.The logistics of getting anything to the moon are astronomical; considering how much fuel it took just to get 3 guys and two ships there and back.
