Guys a genius actually. He has crafted a great alibi to protect HIMSELF from the "fraudulence" of ONLINE PAYMENTS (anyone with a brain should be suspect if someone REFUSES ANY online payment - even through ebay's CC payments) after ONE bad transaction among hundreds.
The best they can do is contact people who have had SUCCESSFUL transactions with the guy to get a location, or simply forward it to feds or state police as this SHOULD be a felony since it goes over state lines. Ebay's hilarious though. I love seeing the listings for 800 dollar Samsung q30's, and the last 100 items sold are table-top doiles. |
