nah i mean, in real life. like, looking out your window. it sucks to know people who died then, it just pisses me off when people disrespect that day.

It pisses me off the need to make it a movie, i saw the "movie"/ documentary on the discovery cahnnel. That was enough for me

yes, imagine how emotional it would be if you saw it live. it effects me still today since i know people who died, i was only in 7th grade, and when i got home i watched the replay of the 2nd plane hitting the tower over and over and over again. It is tattooed into my brain.

Yes, too soon for this movie.[/quote:3ae64]

I was in the 7th grade myself. I remember the day. It echoes through me pretty often. If the movie was created later, say a generation later, I could understand it. The film genre is a good way to capture emotion and teach young people how horrifying or emotional an event is. Like seeing Munich. I personally don't know much about what happened in that even, but a film that was historically correct such as Munich would probably teach me a great deal. But the generation who already lived through it may shy away from the film. To create a movie on a tradgedy that happened so recently is, in my opinion, unnecessary. And if anything the profits should go to families and memorials.

I was in 8th grade when it happened. I went to line up, my friend walks over and tells me "the stock market crashed, literaly", im like "wtf?", and he told me that airplanes hit the twin towers.

I was in eighth grade... biology class. I remember the teacher saying "Americans dont like change" because we were discussing metric vs. imperial measurements and why everyonebut the US still uses imperical.

I also remember a lot of kids making jokes about it... mad: annoy:
"I thought somebody DIED or something important"
"Guess their not twins now"
