I don't see how one can judge Bush's, or any other president's, performance based upon his ability to deliver a public speach. Go ahead and critize his policies, domestic and/or foreign, but I think his inability to consistantly deliver effective speaches is a poor method of judgement.
I could not care less if my presdient occasionally made some grammatical mistakes if he was properly and successfully running the country. I just don't see how it is of utmost importance. |
