same thing i asked myself. She was like ' they've been cutting through my yard for for months and i just had to put my foot down '* or something like that. She said she was only try to 'scare' the kids but this is how innocent kids get killed by idiots with guns and bad tempers. I believe that is totally incorrect. Like others said, if a burglar is climbing through your back window and trip and fall and injure themselves, they can sue. If you catch someone breaking into your hourse and lets say they have a knife on them, or something similar, and you shoot them; you can be charged.
