^ yeah, i got hit in the back of the neck from about 20 ft, that hurt like hell.
Here's a question, what happens to the plastic BBs after you shoot them. Some of you guys on here have guns that probably spread a lot of plastic and if you play outside, isn't that bad for the environment. If you play inside, isn't it a pain to clean up? |
[quote="Scorpion -]M15F1T[-":27471]I likey but with a couple of criticisms:
The font on the handprint image looks a little too blurry/distorted [/quote:27471] oOo: great job headup. |
Ive been shot by bbs, and it doesnt hurt too much. Getting hit by paintballs doesnt hurt too much either. Im not sure about any of you, but I used to play hardcore tourney paintball. It got kind of tiresome for me, but my team went on to get 3rd place at 5 man world cup. There are certain spots where getting shot hurts...more often than not the only time I ever really hurt after getting shot was when I would get lit up 15 times from a few feet away while a guy bunkered me. The welts left by airsoft guns arent too big in my experience; thats why I would worry about people cheating...nyck also brought up a good point.

I once consumed several copper BBs. I never got sick. eek:

there is a certain amount of trust. From what IVe seen so far the peopel that play airsoft are not 12 year old brats. They are people who are really into the Milsim type of game and they have enough common sense to call out their hit or else they keep getting shot.
Nice site |

You can still feel a bb hit you in the chest with a vest on, i think airsoft is more urban than open field

http://www.evike.com (US based where i buy most of my things)
http://www.uncompany.com (overseas in Hong Kong, but they have really nice stuff for good prices) http://www.airsoftgi.com (US based) http://www.airsoftatlanta.com (US based obviously) If you buy any type of gun make sure you buy it from the US based ones, sometimes if you order from overseas customs will sieze it and hold it for a bit until it is released. |
Is there a decent starter gun / package?

Supposedly that ones pretty good, while not a great gun because its not as reinforced as the more expensive ones, i hear it holds its own.
