yeah i use a combo of whey/weight gainers. I only drink about 2 or 3 weight gainers a week and about several protein shakes per day. I haven't worked out at the gym in a week but im still somewhat of a serious gainer believe it or not

I hate you. 190 LBS, and Im trying to get down to 170. People who are not or neve rhave been fat cant appreciate how difficult losing weight is. Nothjing pisses me off quite like little athlete kids who are like "it can't be that nard, just exercise and eat better." Die. |
that shit'll change in a few years. ive seen TONS of people just like that get fat when they get older.

running is an excellent way to lose weight, but you should also hit the gym up a few times a week, it will definitly help alot. if you need any help on weight loss or if anyone else is trying to get bigger, let me know cause im really into that stuff.
