Any place with a university brings in people from all over the country. I think it's safe to say sunglasses like these will be in a diverse place (ie university) as a fashion trend EVEN though tgb insists it's a big-city trend that only a "few people" would be originally from. If you take overalls. Shit, I doubt that trend would take effect in any diverse and high populated area. This example just shows how it doesn't matter where you come from. chicks wear them everywhere.

But you can take a place like PennState (obviously using it as an example bc it's my own experience) and build a whole city around the college. There's nothing but cows here but the 43,000 students or so make the city themselves and the whole downtown area affecting what businesses open up and such.
