Ha, thanks guys for the advice. I can get it to go etc...I just have to drive more to get a much smoother transition and feel for the car. And I did drive on a highway overramp and had to stop, lol my dad put on the parking brake I was pretty mad. I gotta pay for insurance for this puppy too, nothing much to worry about though. Jasper is right about gettin a feel for it. It sure as hell tells me when I'm doin something wrong!!! :o

The bucking and raw egg smell will also tell you your doing something wrong
Good luck, it may take a clutch or two but you will eventually get the hang of it. |

I drive a 2002 BMW M3... :D
omg I hate manual... the thing that is the hardest to get used to is the clutch... when you brake you have to press the clutch and brake, when you go you have to release the clutch while at the same time pressing down on the gas... its just way to confusing... and then sometimes your car starts to jump forward and burn rubber... its really a hard task but in the long run you get used to it, plus manuals are much faster then automatics while accelerating... good for racing :D btw I was joking about the bimmer, I drive a new VW Jetta GLI :D |

Oh, it would :P That was my favorite saying when I first got it... "My Pontiac can take it!!" |
