As for respected games, there are few servers out there where players tend to stick to for their games. I tend to sit on the AA.COM server or Crow Kings svr. This is due to because I probably know about 90% of the people on both, so I respect them, and vice versa, therefore making the game more enjoyable for me and others as well.

Come and check out the Crow's Nest. Disrespectful people don't tend to stay there long.
