I just think whenever people say legality is not an issue, they have no idea of what they are getting into or even where to go. I too had my 'sources' in my youger and dumber days and it almost got me killed. The road of Illegal arms sales is a very risky road, almost as bad as Drugs.

Serious? Could you tell me more, I don't want to get arrested or anything, just want to be able to use any type of weapon I want. The Constitution gives us the right to bear arms, it doesn't say anything about "..except assault rifles or SMG's..." But I really don't want trouble, just want to shoot some cans and stuff with a cool gun.

That might be because there was no such thing as Assault Rifles or SMGs when the constitution was written, Skippy.

as an older, wiser man explained to me: arms refers to personal arms (ie rifles, pistols, etc.) anything else is armaments or weapon systems.
So no, you cannot own nukes.
