well i guess you could. thats the amout on time it spends downloading the page so if you set it too low you dont get the full page. play around with it till you find whatever works best.

I'm almost positive he did that because he wanted one theme one the forums, and since SubSilver can't be deleted (unless you have phpBB2.0.3 and up), he just replaced the name. I agree though, I like themes.
