have you ever heard of a texas doughnut?

its about the size of your head, a very large doughnut, takes me a few sittings to eat one o dem. there usually filled with cream or custard, they are the greatest thing since sliced bread. unfortunatly, the last time i have seen one of these behemoth pasteries i was in Cooperstown New York, hometown..
