i actually saw a show on Discovery Health about some boy that needed to get 'breast reduction' surgery. no matter how much he exercises, the only way for him to take that fat off would be through surgery. They showed some before/after photes of some patients and it was amazing how they can flatten the chest so much.

My wife's cans were about that big when she was pregnant. 14lbs, doesn't seem like a stretch.

hell, i've known a couple of girls who have had reductions, one in high-school had more than 10lbs. removed, and a total of 99 stitches...
