I work in broadband internet tech support here in the uk and i have to say there are some dumb fucks that call in.
For example:

Me:Do you have a firewall??
Customer: A fireball what do you mean my P.C. has never been on fire.

Customer:I work in the IT dept at my office so dont even attempt to bullshit me!!
Me: ok lets just see what ip address you have 1st then
Customer:How do i do that?

Customer:where is that?

Me: in the bottom left
Customer:I dont see it all i have is a block with start on it! wallbash:

Being told to click on START and then being told where it is, and all you can come up with is I DONT SEE IT ALL I HAVE IS A BLOCK WITH START ON IT! - You'd have to be an utter moron.

Seriously there are some mad bastards that phone. the worst shift is 1am till 7am when the drunks come home to order pr0n on the tv (i work for a cabletv/phone/broadband company) and you tell em its the wrong dept:

There is a 10 min freeview over here on those channels and it isnt very strong but........
