Its the same report over and over, but thats probably all you'll get. Mainstream media probably won't touch it, and all the info given is listed in the article, so I doubt you'll get much more than that.

EDIT: i really dont know about the legitimacy of this "white paper," there is nothing yet so far from the us about agreeing to this, and i honestly cant see us diverting that much military power from iraq......at least i hope the us govt is not that stupid
