Yeah, I was just making shite up anyway. I've had my two buddies who are die hard Eagles fans going for over half an hour.

As a Falcons fan, I am entitled to petty retribution biggrin:

rofl served bitch

Regardless of who Miami picks/picked, they're screwed. They need much more than a RB or QB.

They are on the track to rebuilding though...maybe they will play like shit again this year and get matt leinhart from USC next year.

how would you feel if you were just drafted and BOO'ed by the crowd? Like McNabb if anyone remembers that.

maurice clarett was drafted last pick in the 3rd round by the Denver Broncos...

If i were the Broncos franchise, I would never bother drafting RB's. If you have yet to notice, anyone who stands behind QB in that system churns out a 1,000+ yards. (Terrel Davis, Clinton Portis, Mike Anderson, Olandis Gary, Reuben Droughns, etc.)

I don't think Clarett will make it now. He had a better chance 2 years ago. He is pretty big now and is getting slow.

Honestly. They have a magical O-Line. Lucky bastards.

Clarett's first combine 40 time was 4.78, which pretty much garnished laughs from all the scouts (to put it in perspective, I ran a faster 40 time when I played football in high school). They told him to work on it, and come back to the 2nd combine. His 2nd combine score was 4.65, which is pretty decent provided he really does have the run power that is advertised. Considering many defensive ends and linebackers can run in the low 4.6 to mid 4.5 range (and Jevon Kearse runs a 4.43). He'll have to prove that he's grown up from his college years (wait, his college YEAR) and show that his character has improved, which I don't think it has. Clarett better hope he doesn't have to play against the likes of Brian Urlacher, Ray Lewis, Takeo Spikes, Derrick Brooks, or any other hard-hitting LB, because they will fold this guy in half.

why you looking to get laid finally ?
my she-man, i said i'd suck my own dick if that was possible, not bust some poster's cherry because he was curious and looking.

Drew 04-24-2005 12:55 PM

Back on target, the Falcons had an average draft this year.

I doubt Roddy White (WR) sees playing time this season. Babineaux (DT) will probably be part of the rotation on the front four this season, he is a lot like Rod Coleman. Beck (LB) will probably join White as mainly a special teamer, but if he picks up the schemes in camp he might have a chance to be in the rotation (not starting) his first year. The rest are just wait and sees.

11/20 @Ohio State Loss 37-21 Rec: 11 Receiving Yards: 172 YAC: 15.6 TD: 1

Height: 6'3"
Weight: 206 lbs
Hometown: Detroit, MI

Scouting Report:

After four years at the University of Michigan, Edwards has proven himself to be at the top of the '05 wide receiver class. Edwards has an explosive combination of size and speed that allow him to dominate the opposition any time he steps on the field.

This Wolverine has the strength and quickness to shed initial contact in press coverage but still needs to improve his hand and footwork off the line. Coordinators attempted to be physical with him, but most didn't have the personnel to do so.

Once past the second level, Edwards is nearly unstoppable; his speed directly results in separation from defensive backs. His body control and leaping ability allow him to shield off defenders while making the reception. He is also an accomplished route runner who knows how to break a defensive back's hips in coverage. He is also an adequate blocker.

On the downside, scouts have pointed to Edwards tendencies to pay less attention to detail in the past. He has been known to drop catchable passes on occasion and clearly needs to develop more consistency to become an elite NFL receiver. Braylon also has family lineage that doesn't exactly damage his stock; his father, Stanley, played in the NFL with the Oilers and Lions from 1982-87.
