You are simply a weak person, who let something trival take over your life.

I smoke on occasion, but i dont let it rule over me, hell, maybe one before work and one after, and thats only if i have pckets that'll hold em. Hell, i just went 4 weeks without one for no other reason than i didnt ever think to grab a pack.

Only solution is to be less weak and not let a habit, be it jerking off, drinking, or smoking, take over a portion of your life.

that's how i stopped smoking. I wasn't severely addicted to smoking, but I started dipping and I stopped. The only problem was that I dipped for more than a year and spent just as much money and got even more addicted to dip than I was to cigarettes because it has more nicotine. then to quit dip you have to realize how disgusting it is and get scared of getting cancer in your mouth because dipping can give you cancer alot faster. So to quit dipping I used sunflower seeds and determination and now I only intake tobacco once in a while by way of hookah, cigar, or very occaisional cigarette.

but in all seriousness talk to your doctor, there is an anti biotic or something that they can perscribe you to help with your cravings. one of my roomates at school got on it last semester and quit tobacco for good. he was 21 and had been smoking and dipping since he was like 12. so yah, with just a little self discipline and the help of this anti biotic to help deal with cravings it is very possible to quit. or you could just do it cold turkey like a whole lot more people i know.

My Uncle quit two months ago after 55 years of smoking...

...he paid $300 to get some laser therapy and he hasn't had a smoke since...and he might get a craving one time in awhile but it goes away after 30 seconds...it is said 9 out of 10 people quit right off the bat.

I'm glad he's still alive. He's a happy-go-lucky-kinda guy.

Try rolling, only roll 1 at a time, you'll soon get bored of it and it might help you cut down if you cant be arsed rolling one. Helps alot of people.

I used to smoke. What made me quit was the price. They went up to $0.55 a pack. I thought that was way too much for smokes and quit on the spot

hit the booze hard and have a heavy smoking dad goto hospital with heart problems, that was what stopped me.

you should have met my granddad, he had bad emphysema. also had bad heart problems, he could barely walk around, had oxygen tanks, ect. he told me one time that one of his biggest regrets was his first cigerate.

when i was 15 i smoked in the shower. Then my mom came home and smelled the smoke in the bathroom...I blamed it on my my clothes because i was "at a friends house and he sure smoked up a storm. so i guess the smoke stayed in my clothes"
