and in a sense...i believe in terms of summer sports...id rather put my kid into baseball...which IS cheap...since all you really need to buy in a glove and cleetes...where soccer all ya need is cleetes right...

cuz here in brampton anyways..t.he coaches provide the bats, bases...the league etc...provides everything...

oha ya and every dude needs a cup...

Soccer was fun to play...but id never of liked it in a league....for me that was baseball...but im biased because i think it's the best sport to play and the hardest.

Oh and feel free to elaborate on this "more important countries" statement. On the world sports stage how can you possibly say that one country is more important than another when its possible for any country to excel at any sport.

Pyro 04-14-2008 07:28 PM

well in the end...since before the start of the 20th century...whichever country canada was forced too or chose to align with most...was the most prominent and most economically powerful at their time...refering to britain and than the states obviouslly.

I don't even know the answer to this question...but when it comes to making money...does soccer make more money in europe and south america etc...than sports like football and baseball in the states...

Cuz im sure all their games in every city that has a decent soccer team packs the house everygame like the yankees do here...and well almost every single nfl team.

another question too...is it cheap to watch futbol, soccer whatever...in europe...or do they make you pay outrageous pricies like we gotta pay here for our sports.

geRV 04-14-2008 07:32 PM

Id assume it probably does make more money considering the wages some of those fuckers get. Football games are on regualar tv as well as sky sports channels, some matches are on subscription channels but most of the english premier league is on sky. European leagues are more on regular tv.

That looks like a cool place to party, I know a fat slag in York, may have to pay her a visit! Did they all have weird accents? Yorkshires full of farmers, landrovers & sheep shaggers.

Unknown_Sniper 04-15-2008 07:40 AM

Everyone in the fucking country had a weird accent. However I had a really really hard time understanding most of the people in York.
I also bought myself a nice retirement home. Just a small place in the country with a small 800 acres

The top of that dome is about 70-75 feet above the ground.
I also saw a store that sold tables
http://photos-b.ak.facebook.com/phot...72865_3635.jpg
and it did actually only sell furniture.
Saw the Concorde at 300mph

i love watching that thing of the flight on the plane, and every fucking time i've been on an international flight, the town of Elmira shows up as a big city along with NY, DC, Boston, Pittsburgh, etc.
