pffffft... airforce hard!? From what I heard, on a normal day, sometimes you don't even do PT (Maybe after work if you feel like it) and you never do anything.

Alias, what did you have to score on your ASVAB to qualify for that job? That job looks interesting, it seems you will be learning how to fix Personal Computers and the like. Right now I'm getting A+ Qualified and getting my Network+ qualification so I might stick with my desicion in going in as a Combat Controller... although, it depends if I may the training or not, since I hear CCT training is damn hard.

Did you get any bonuses, etc?

Heh, thanks Alias. So for all the questions!!

How come I can't see your reply Cpt . Zapotoski? It says you posted something but it's not showing up.

Sindonesia 11-07-2002 06:38 AM

Nevermind there it is now.

You will have PT in the morning if you want to or not. The part that sucks the most is going to all the classes they have set up for you. The PT isn't that bad if your in half way decent shape.

You wont get the bonus until you pass the course.

My AFSC is certainly not hard, but it is stressful. Talk about hard AND stressful. CCT!

What do you mean by that?

If you can go into basic and run two miles in 18min you are golden. The AF isn't really into the physical aspect of it, they want you to think and be able to pay attention to detail more then anything. Don't get me wrong you will run alot and do alot of PT but it wont kill ya. No matter how much they yell at you, just remember they aren't going to touch you.

By the third week it's smooth sailing.

In the AF they have you sit in class rooms and learn about the AF. The classes all will help you pass the final exam at the end of basic. You have a regular PT test you have to pass in order to graduate along with a test on the classes and the book you will carry around for 6 weeks.

I have ICQ, but I'm at work now. What is your ICQ # and I will look you up this weekend.
