Presidents dont need combat experiance to be good leaders, just look at Lincoln no combat experiance, and he did pretty damn good.

I have to agree with you there, Green.. Combat experience has nothing to do with being President. But, I do wonder if a President with combat experience would be more or less likely to use the military for questionable gains, since he would know first hand the reality of war. hmm I'lll have to do a little research this weekend if I have time.
