As for the video, doesn't it look like the "good samaritan" was a bit drunk? Let that be a lesson to all. Never negotiate during a possible confrontation, just go take care of business and end it quickly. That guy should've never said a thing to the skater. He should've just went up to him and annihilated the skater and that would've been the end of it. Thats how i would've handled it.
