I'm Not sure if I had Positive or Negative... not sure what the symtoms of each are. When I was younger I had minor psychosis(mostly hallucinations) and the doctor said I had a minor case of schizophrenia. A few years went by and I haven't had any since.

What categorization would hallucinations and extreme apathy be under?

positive symtoms are generally more severe

they include hallucinations (both visual and auditory), disorganization of thought, speech and movement, and delusions

negative symptoms are more like masked expressions or holding strange positions for long periods of tiome despite feelings of discomfort or pain

looks like you were experiencing positive symptoms, but its good that they havent ocured in a while, the chances of having schizophrenia are fairly rare, but on average, over 80% of the worlds population will at some time suffer from some type of mental disorder

get another girl on the side, like some stupid high school bitch or something...that should keep you reasonably satisfied untill you go back to school.

and if you have problems with cheating on your girl, take up body building...its a great way to spend your extra time, plus you spend it at the gym and away from home, you can release all the stress of the day in a healthy constructive way.
