I'm gonna try to fandangle a deal at CD Warehouse today for the new SPR edition. Gonna see if they'd take my old copy and put it toward the new one. They trade used CDs and DVDs, so I think they'll go for it.

i just picked my dvd of lotr up yesterday as well... it was 20 bux... not a bad price....

Got it on a very "legal" SVCD copy next to me DVD player in the livingroom.
But im gonna get it on a standard DVD just to have the whole trilogy.

I do not own any of these movies because if i wanted to watch people wander around i would sit in a chair at a mall. If i wanted to see them fight i would put that chair in a ghetto mall somewhere in california, toss a buck on the ground and watch the riot insue.

I just got the Saving Private Ryan "The WWII Collection" from Amazon today in the mail. It was only 37 bucks... I think that's a good deal for the new edition plus two other dvds that are full length films that are also produced by Spielberg. It's also got a pretty cool photobook inside too.

Im getting ROTK for free biggrin: They had this deal in blockbuster, you pay 29.99, and you get a 7-week free movie rental pass, and a free ROTK.

at the block buster in chicago here, they have a deal where you bring in any old dvd (any one) , and they will cut the price in half from 22 dollars to 14. i got rotk yesterday. the dvd i brought in was juwanna man. LOL (dont ask)rock:
