Your right. buy whatever is the cheapest piece of crap you can find and download all your software. Then youll be as smart as this asshat!!!
Or you can buy a good system that comes with all the software needed. Itll cost you more but youll be a lot happier with the result.

Most expensive parts should be video card, processor and monitor. If you blow $700 on a pc that doesnt have a monitor it better be P4 and a radeon 9800.
