Hahahaha

are you kidding me?

We won't see the a2 for 5 years at least. That would be my guess. I don't even know if their finished testing it yet. Anyway, when you see the guys in A'stan have them, then maybe another 2 years until my unit gets them.

Tac Vests have already been handed out to all the regiments out east. All the logistics officers and cooks out east have had tac vests for a year now, while the infantry guys out west still wear the 82 pattern webbing. I can tell you that I probably need that tac vest a lot more than the guy who cooks my food does, but thats the way it goes in the Canadian Forces.

Short answer:

I haven't even heard roumers about reg force getting the a2, so I doubt we will be any time soon.

And if I had the choice between the C7A2 and the C8A1, i'd go with the C8 any day.

There's a guy in that picture? Wow, I don't see any guy. Espically a guy in horribly "not-at-all-like-his-surroundings" camoflauge.

Actually, if he were to put on his winter white pants, he would be appropriatley cammed from what I can see. Coincidentially enough, I just took a class yesterday about winter cam and concealment.

If your back away from him, the white pants would blend in with the snow on the ground, and the TW camo shirt would blend with the trees in the background. But yeah, hes not dressed for the environment. Guess he forgot his winter whites at home.

As you can see my point above. White bottoms, green top.

This picture was taken Yesterday at probably around 2pm.

camo is gay. Real soldiers dress up in bright red, line up and fire volleys of ownage at your mexican ass.

Couldn't find Al qaeda, or WMD, but we did find a six pack of coke.
